      Purchased a $229.94 fitbit from iRedeemHealth. It didn't work right out of the box. They referred me to FitBit who went through trouble shooting and confirmed what I already knew, it was defective and did not work. When I asked for a refund Fitbit told me I had to go through iRedeemHealth. When calling IRedeemHealth, they pushed it back on FitBit, saying Fitbit would replace it but they don't issue refunds. Upon reading this site, it appears this isn't the first time my situation occurred. I still want a refund and call continuously, only to be bounced back and forth. Never again. Even one star is too good for iRedeemHealth.

We know that you were not satisfied with the warranty policy with FitBit, even if you were to purchase this device directly from FitBit you would have been presented with the same options.       No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds if the product does not work. You must deal with the manufacturer. Better to buy from Bestbuy or ******* at least then you can return a defective device. Bought Fitbit Inspire 3 didn't work from day 1. iRedeemHealth had me contact Fitbit for help. Fitbit determined device was defective and they would exchange it. Nightmare. First, Fitbit sent me a used return label per ***** when I went to drop it off. After almost 2 weeks, I get a refurbished unit with skin cells that works worse then the original in regards to sleep (reason purchased) and appears to have a crack in the case (not waterproof now). iRedeemHealth said they would exchange it, never happened over a month now.
