      I have tried to close my account with the bank since August 16th. I followed the process in the time it took to get money moved I got hit with a fee. Called about it was told fee would be waived and they tried to close account. I am no longer local to the bank so they do not have a recent driver's license to cancel it. At least what I was told. I have phoned the bank at least four times to get this issue resolved. Told someone would.xall me back and I never get a call back. Not sure why it is so hard to close an account and get a call back.

      2024 on October 8, 2024, in reference to the above listed complaint. The Bank has responded
      directly with Mr. ****** to address his concern. Also, please advised that the complainant
      submitted the same concern to ****, which the Bank responded to on 10/23/24.

      They have completely botched the take over of *************. My business checking card won't work. Every single branch office has a busy signal, been on hold for HOURS trying to reach customer service. They are literally damaging my business, preventing me from doing what I need to do. This is unacceptable.
