    I have lived at The Beacon for over 5 years. I just renewed my lease and am happy to say that I love the community, neighbors, shuttle service and security team. There are thousands of people that live here, it's a very large apartment and condo community. I want to share my experience because it's been so wonderful living here the maintenance is completed for you, landscaping, staff to drive you to Grove or Exchange, security and concierge services, I read reviews that people have a bad issue with staff or trash, but I never see these things. I clean up after myself and put the trash in the chute, clean my apartment so I don't get rodents and bugs and I pick up after my dog on the grass. I do see many people who don't care and it ruins it for everyone else and I couldn't imagine expecting the staff to clean up after my dog and taking out my trash, but people do. The only complaint I do have is that it is a big place so many people do not keep up after themselves and expect others to clean their mess, it really ruins it for the entire place to include smoking (then throwing their cigarette to the ground for others to pick up or start a fire). I wish people cared who live here and it would be so much better.
