  These guys were so easy going and helpful at first. Later that night after agreeing to debt settlement with them I researched debt settlement and realized it wasn't for me. Per contract cancellation was to be done by midnight of the third businesses day so I sent an email that night then three more the next two wondering why I didn't receive any confirmation,then sent another 5 to both ***** and ******* no response from either. Two weeks later money was deducted from my account so I call ******* and he saidhe didn't cancel because he didn't hear from me and started harassing me because I wanted my money back and didn't want to do businesses with them and told him I was not interested in having any conversation with him and he still continues to harass me. I hung up he calls back to harass me again . He would not accept the fact I did not want to do business. Two days later still no money returned so I email ***** about illegally taking money out of account when I followed their guidelines for cancellation weeks prior to deductions. They had no right to touch funds. Her response was "I'll look into it and get back to you. Still no money and still no communication. Horrible way to do business and to treat people. ******* is looking into fraud complaint. You've been warned people if you decide to do business with them keep track of everything like I have so your behind is covered.

When you called to speak with us about this on 6/18, you stated that you did not want to move forward with our services, at which point your first payment was pending. We never received this payment, and fully respect your decision to handle your finances however you feel is best.Per your agreement, you were provided with a cancellation form to fill out and send back to us in the event that you did not want to move forward. We've reached out to you by phone and email numerous times prior to 6/18 to confirm your request, however did not get a response in time. As a result of the conversation we had on 6/18, you were told that you were no longer a client in the program. Furthermore, you were told that if the payment does clear on our end, we would return it to you immediately.   I was this close to filing bankruptcy after buying my car and racking up credit card bills. Found this debt relief company and they put me in a debt forgiveness program, and honestly felt like they understood what I was going through. They didnt judge, they just got to work. Credit debt relief that actually feels doable is rare, but these guys really helped me avoid a bad spiral.
