      Im not liable for this debt with Liberty Savings federal credit union . I do not have a contract with the the new lender. They did not provide me with the original contract as I requested.

      All credit report disputes must be conducted via the credit bureaus.  With the limited information received, I cannot locate this person in our system and therefore cannot make any changes as I do not know if we are reporting anything.

      He should go to annualcreditreport.com to dispute any incorrect reporting.

      This debt would need to be disputed through the credit bureau.  This can be done by retrieving a free credit report at www.annualcreditreport.com and then following the dispute process.  They require proof of the identity theft that would help to validate the debt.

      I have been a long time member of Liberty Savings Federal Credit Union in ***********, **********. On my January 1, 2022, an unauthorized deduction of $679.00 was deducted from my savings account. The explanation stated, 03JAN withdrawal ACH-A-MFSUSA Lease Pay. MFSUSA Loan payment (Bill ***** I Do NOT have a car lease! I dont have a drivers license or a car.After many attempts to get some satisfaction and MY money returned to my account with no avail. On March 7, 2022, an affidavit of Unauthorized/Revoked ACH Debit Activity was filed with the Branch Manager on *************, ****, ****. I also have left many messages due to the fact that the manager or anyone else is not available to answer due to large calling volume. (That is the message every time I call). I have also reported this error done by ***** at the *************, City Line branches & when they were located on ************************ in ***********. I dont know what else to do to get my hard earned money back. I am a Senior Citizen & currently retired from the JCBoE after 39 plus years of service & during that time is when I opened my accounts With Liberty Savings. Please advise what I can do to recover the $679.00 plus interest. Thanking someone in advance for your assistance..I can furnish supporting documents if requested or required!

      Although, we do have an account with this name, without further information, I cannot match it to this person as the address does not match our records.  All credit report disputes should be sent through the credit bureau so that it can be researched and responded to appropriately.
