    I earned 17.50 in rebate credit. I was falsely accused of submitting a fraudulent receipt. My account was flagged and suspended through no fault of my own, just false assumptions. At the end, I was sent a picture of a receipt that they claim did not meet their guidelines. Picture of receipt attached.

    I just registered ********** account and claim the relative offers which matched and all offers were approved, I wanna withdraw money from account and for several days i received an email said I was violated the terms, I inquired which terms I violated and why suspended my account, the customer service no more reply on it, I need a reasonable response, or it is spam apps? I need report it. It is ridiculous.

    Neptune never sent me an email to claim a $5 Rebate. 30 days later I received an email that I missed the 30 day deadline to claim the rebate. I called the number they provided which was Vons/Albertsons where the product was purchased. It took 30 minutes on the phone. I was told that they would expedite it and should receive an email from Neptune. 5 days later I still have not received the email. They are able to get an email to me to let me know I didn't claim the rebate through Paypal, but not able to get the right email to me to claim the rebate.

    My story started with their App ********** which is basically. Promise the customers that they will get cash back to their purchases when the app announces that there is cash back for this purchase.Recently they started closing accounts for no reason and not paying the app user.So, they can get credit for the customer purchases, but they won't pay the person who actually bought the item.No matter how hard you try to reach out to them, they won't give you a solid reason or even try to correct that matter.

    I bought ***************** at Albertsons in December that was supposed to include a $5 rebate. I never received an email to claim the rebate. 30 days later I received an email stating the rebate was cancelled because I never claimed it. I called the number to Albertsons provided by Neptune Retail Solutions. After 30 minutes on the phone looking up the transaction, she said she found it and that I would receive the $5 rebate via Paypal. I never received anything. Just last Friday, February 10th I bought Fat Tire beer at Albertsons and it was supposed to include e a $3 rebate. The receipt stated I would be notified by email for the rebate. I have not received an email. I tried to call ********** again and when I got through they acted like they couldn't hear me and hung up. I don't seem to be getting the emails they say are necessary to claim the rebates. They should send a follow up email prior to canceling the rebate. My phone # for my account with ********** is ************ and my email address is ******************* Thank you
