    BEWARE of this company. Not deserving of the 1 star I am giving them. They have caused me to lose my business and after that they continue to call and harass me with threats. Real Horrible people at this place.

    Our response via the customer service team. We kindly ask that this review be removed upon review.This reviewer has had a very good line of communication with our customer service team. They reached out a few times requesting payment adjustments from us, and was approved for a true-up on all occasions. On March 3rd the account started bouncing R16, and on the 8th it bounced R02, the bank account was closed and the business owner was no longer responsive to our calls and emails, which caused the account to default and was sent into collections.When in collections, the reviewer advised the business was sold and would be paid in installments to them, but that they did not have cash to pay us. They sold the business and closed the business bank account on their own, without informing us, and this was before they defaulted. They reached out again right before the first payment was due, and requested to pay less as they were having financial difficulties, the request was again approved by the rep in the collection. Only one payment has been received as of now, the second payment was due last month, but they have not been responsive to us since.
