      I called principal on 03/14/24 to request an ************ for my mothers funeral. The employee I spoke with unfortunately send me the wrong form to fill out. I have been calling and their employees keep tell me the request has been approved. I called today to know why is the fund not yet in my account. I Finically spoke to someone who know what they was doing and let me know That there is a message for them that , the form they provided me to fill out is the wrong form and that the right form has been send to my account . She apologized and I told her that I need my funds the funeral is on 04/05/24 that why I put in the request earlier and I shouldnt be punished for an employee mistake. She send me the right form and I filled it out and fax it to them and they are telling me that faxing using takes 24 to 48 hours and they have no option for me to submit the documents online or send it through email, so that I can have my funds before the 5th . I have been calling to get this resolved and no help . Am worried that , I wont be able to get the funds for my mothers funeral and which will be devastating. I just need help and I dont like that , I am getting punished for an employee mistake. Am currently going through so much and I was not thinking about dealing with this . If I do not get the funds by 04/05/24 whats the purpose of taking the emergency fund again the money will be useless cause I really do not need it after the funeral. Please BBB help me get this resolved before my mother funeral I have no family member to help me out am all alone by my self . Am losing my mind that principle will be treating me like this when am going through a lot . Is like no one ones what they doing . I just need this to be resolve and my funds to be available before my mothers funeral. I have spend total of $40 for a mistake that I didnt know about . I never know I was send the wrong form . I dont want my mother funeral to be a disaster please BBB help me
