    This place is ridiculous.. I ordered my $231 flowers and fruit on feb 1, 2024 to be delivered and feb 14th (valentines day). I waited all day in the 14th and did not receive my order. Tried calling on the 14th multiple times, but no answer. On Feb 15th I canceled my order. When the order was canceled my order tracking status went from prep to delivered. I NEVER RECEIVED ANY DELIVERY FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENT.I continued to call the store inquiring about a refund for my order which was never received. I was giving the run around, as if I was lying , and was told my order says delivered theyll have to verify with the driver. They never got back to me about that After almost a month of calling, I was told my refund could only be processed by the manager. Employees attempted to reach manager ******** but he is apparently unreachable It is now March 5 2024 and I still have not got a refund, nor has it even been processed. I this point I feel SCAMMED out of $231 and my girlfriend got no flowers on valentines.

    OMG!!!! DON'T EVER, EVER ORDER FROM EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS!!!!!THIS IS A BOGUS COMPANY WITH A BOGUS CORPORATE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT. WHAT A SCAM! I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW MANY COMPLAINTS THERE ARE ABOUT EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS ON HERE.MY DELIVERY DID NOT ARRIVE ON MY NIECE'S BIRTHDAY AS ORDERED AND AS INDICATED ON MY WRITTEN RECEIPT. I SPENT 48 HOURS ON THE ***** TRYING TO REACH THE STORE WHO NEVER NEVER ANSWERS THE ***** AND GOT THE COMPLETE RUNAROUND FROM THE ALLEGED CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE. I AM GOING TO HAVE TO TAKE MY OWN ACTION AND CALL THE **** AND PUT THIS INTO DISPUTE.
