      The vials I have been receiving are the wrong dosing.
      Dr. ***** ****** with Remedy ordered me this:
      "Medication Name: Injectable 85% Tirzepatide
      Pharmacy: Precision
      Dose: 8.5mg
      Vial Size: 4mL
      Instructions:
      INJECT 0.85 ML (85 UNITS ON SYRINGE) SUBCUTANEOUSLY ONCE A WEEK FOR 4 WEEKS. DISCARD REMAINDER
      Concentration: 5mg/0.5mL (10mg is equal to 100 units or 1.0mL)
      Follow up after the 3rd weekly dose on the new bottle."
      "I received my vial from Link Pharmacy today, but I believe it's the wrong dose.
      The vial says 2.5mg/0.12mL.
      It is 0.5mL vial.
      So in order for me to get the full dose (8.5mg) I would need almost the whole vial."
      I started this email chain on November 12, 2024 and was told that there was an error and that the correct dose would be sent, and when I received the wrong one again, was told that I received the correct dosage!
      I feel bad for the doctor, but restarting me at the starting dose (per the lady I spoke to today on the phone) does not excuse or fix the problem, being that I never discontinued my first subscription with the other company. (Because I was waiting to receive the correct dose.)
      TERRIBLE customer service!!
      The lady on the phone today was LAUGHING about it because I refuse to go through another appointment with yet another Dr.
      So glad I never canceled my other service. Goodbye!

      So far (3 three months) the company has done a great job with everything. Fast service and no issues with dosing or deliveries. They also seem very responsive to questions.

      I just want to say that thus far I have been very pleased with Remedymeds. They have been very kind and very willing to help me each and every time. I have received my medication on time and so far pleased with the results. I even had a dilemma where I had to be out of state for several weeks. They went above expectations to make sure my medication was delivered to the address I was staying at. The staff at ****** have been so professional and kind. The Doctors are very supportive and informative. I personally have never had an issue. I am very pleased with this company. Thank you.

      I have been on the program since July of 2024 and have had great results. Their response to any of my emails have been answered within a 24 hour period and been very helpful. I have not problem recommending this service.

      Ive struggled with finding a company who meets my needs, is thorough and provides my medication in the easiest and least expensive way possible. After years of searching, I finally found it in Remedy Meds. I can reach a physician within hours (not days), I can have any of my questions answered. My lab work was gone over with a fine-toothed comb and I was talked to with respect and at my understanding level! I 100% recommend Remedy Meds!!

      I have been with Remedy Meds now for 3 months. The customer service is excellent and they always respond promptly with kindness and willingness to help. The physicians are more concerned with my health and well-being than just upping dosages for no reason. My meds come on time, every time. I have no complaints whatsoever. My whole experience has been excellent.

      I have had nothing but great service and help from RemedyMeds! They have excellent customer service and support. I get my medication on time and even get reminders that I need to fill out my intake if I forget! I absolutely know this has been a life changing experience for me! I have lost 7 inches around my waist (nothing ever helped this problem area) Plus started at 196 lbs and am down to 140 lbs in 6 months! I am active and walk and exercise 5 days a week, but I did that before my life changed with RemedyMeds! My energy level is up , self esteem is up and I am so grateful for this opportunity! I have recommended RemedyMeds to everyone I know. Hearing someone say you look great youve lost weight is AMAZING!! The way my husband looks at me says it all! I have had NOTHING but EXCELLENT experiences with this company and employees. Thank you RemedyMeds! If I could give you more stars I definitely would!

      I started with Remedymeds in June, 2024 and have had a great experience and will continue to use them because of the ease of access and response to all my questions. If I have medical questions they will schedule an appointment with a Doctor with a day.
