    If you are a home seller, watch him like a hawk and be prepared to challenge him in front of the buyer. He is a stone cold liar. Huge ego. Finds defects where none exists and makes statements contrary to ** Building Codes. IE: Bathroom with a window needs an exhaust system, a 40 high driveway platform, not bordering steps, landing, nor corridor needs a railing. Stated that floors throughout the house was substantially sloped and the there were structural defects in new exterior construction. I sued him and In discovery showed 25 level placements throughout the house showing no sloping anywhere and asked him if he disputes the photos. Also, in discovery, I asked him if the city inspector could have possibly overlooked the exterior defects. It should be noted that his lawyer never responded to the interrogatories. I dropped the case as the house was sold at the listing price. The recent home inspection bore very little semblance to Base Home Inspection. Hes very impressed with himself. His report was gratuitous and even malicious. If youre a seller and have a similar problem with him resulting in the buyer backing out consider suing him.

    Me. ***************** was hired to complete a home inspection and he proceeded to engage the guy making an estimate for repairs on my behalf. After he was paid and services were rendered our communication was ended. ************ proceeded to divulge my personal information about purchasing the home to a family member who then evicted his tenant for unrelated reasons other than for what he was hired to do. His sharing of information was inappropriate and unethical. His family member is now going to rent the same unit to ************.
