    To whom it may concern: Reference is made to the letter from the Better Business Bureau Servicing **********, dated as of January 16, 2025 (the Letter), regarding an $18.00 rebate that was not fulfilled to a customer (complaint ID *********. Upon investigation, we discovered that there was a delay in processing the rebate due to insufficient funds in the rebate account administered by a third party. This issue has been rectified and the necessary funds have now been made available. The customer received the $18.00 rebate check on February 4, 2025, and we have confirmed that the customer cashed the rebate check on February 18, 2025. We regret any inconvenience this situation may have caused and are committed to ensuring that similar issues do not arise in the future. Please let us know if any further information is needed.
