      This company has gone from bad to worse. I am a physician who has participated with this insurance. Initially they were ok to deal with. Lately however, they have really gone downhill with poor customer service and increasing claim denials. I would strongly recommend people avoid this plan when choosing a ******** plan. Even their own website tells you what they are about. The CEO is a former ****** guy. They advertise they are tech driven. Shouldn't they be care driven, as they impact people's lives. DISGRACEFULL

      I have had an ongoing issue with Clover that has been elevated to the ********************* 7 times without being resolved. I even filed a grievance with them and it still has not been resolved. I have had to call them, when someone from the ********************* should have reached out to me by now.

      Worst insurance ever. They have managed to ruin my credit because they have me down as having *****. Ask Aetna ask ******** I haven't have Aetna since 2020. The bill they haven't paid is front Jan. 2023.I have called 7 times,you can't get past the idiot at the front desk. Asked for a supervisor they don't get on the phone, they promise you a call in 24 hours, I am still waiting three weeks later. If there were 0 stars that is what they would get.I getting ready to suit them, I worked 50 years on my credit and had excellent credit, for these losers to ruin it.

      The ******** Advantage coverage is good, and I do not have complaints with that. However, the Clover Health website and customer service are terrible. The "My ********************" member pages on their website offer no information that you don't already have (like your member ID number). Explanations of Benefits are not available online. Most recently I have been unable to log in, as the site has rejected my password or username. I have asked for a reset but never received the email that was supposedly. On hold indefinitely for the Help Desk to resolve this. Something is clearly wrong on the back end of this company.

      I received a CPAP machine over a year ago through a reputable company, 7th Street Medical in Bucks County, **. Despite spending over four hours on the phone with CLOVER reps who claimed that 7th Street had not followed protocol regarding coding and handling the paperwork on this product, the opposite was true. Clover stiffed the 7th ************** and was completely uncooperative in giving 7th Street the funds they were rightly owed. Clover Health LLC has many foreign claims agents who are given a script and have difficulty understanding and explaining things properly in English. Even the higher-ranking supervisors have told me they would pay 7th Street but have not done so, in three months of calling. What's with this purported healthcare supplier? I wouldn't be surprised if criminal charges would be forthcoming, as there's a lot of shady pool being played at various levels of this company. Clover needs to get its act together if they want to stay in business another year.

      Cover Health is terrible. Do not waste your time. The agents do not understand the benefit system and most of them do not speak English, cannot understand them. Agents put you on hold because they are not experieced.

      ************ is literally disgusting ** care or concern for patients or their families!My 86 year old father has been in the hospital for two months. Before going into the hospital he drove cooked visits family and friends and now because he can walk *********************************************************** his body and a open wound. Weeks ago they are wanted to send him home and I lost an appeal and the day before he was due to leave the rehab he was rushed to the ** with a bleed and spent another 9 days in the hospital before returning to rehab and now they want to send him home again They gave me notice on Thursday saying Saturday was his last day of coverage giving me one day to coordinate a wheelchair ****** learn wound care get home care set up and everything else that goes along with it ************ is a disgrace and I get why its not BBB accredited and there reviews are horrific This is the first review I have ever written in my life!Please avoid this company!
