    Eagle Van Lines loaded up all of our stuff and hauled them away, throwing away anything that had been damaged in the fire.

    The guys at Eagle Van Lines did an excellent job moving me. The owner came out and gave me a quote they absolutely honored. They were timely. They wrapped my furniture well and worked very hard. I had 5 movers, which helped get things done faster. Every minute they were working. They set my furniture up nicely in the new place in addition. They kept things clean and neat. I would recommend them definitely. At least the 5 guys I had! I was very grateful for their expertise. *******

    Had the absolute worst experience with these people. They took twice as long as the estimate even though I had FEWER items than what my quote was based off. For a full 45 minutes I was the only one inside my apartment moving boxes while they did ????. They scratched up my brand new desk, dropped boxes labeled fragile, tacked on extra charges, the main mover was EXTREMELY rude and screamed at me and my partner. But the final kicker was that they said my couch wouldn't fit in the elevator at the new apartment. They said either I could call the company and get charged $75/flight and told me my 6th floor apartment counted as TWELVE flights OR pay the movers under the table to carry it **. ** disbelief, I went downstairs myself to try and was able to single handedly get the couch inside the elevator and up to my apartment. I am 5'4", 120lb, and I've never fit a couch into an elevator before, unlike the 3 beefy movers who do this every day. I can only assume they were lying to try to trick me into paying them under the table. When I called the office to discuss my concerns, ***, the owner, was also quite rude and yelled at me, while the mover was in the other room screaming at my partner about the couch. It was absolute mayhem and a total disaster.I could not have imagined a worse moving experience. This will have cost me double what was quoted for the worst service imaginable, not to mention ruining my desk. I can't warn you away from this company more emphatically.

    We regret to hear of Arevs experience with our company. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our services. Unfortunately, this time it was not the case. Arevs estimate was given over the phone. There are outside factors that were unaware of that can affect the hours of the move. Our customers are all given the understanding that a local move is hourly based. What we cannot control are things like weather, size of elevators, traffic and the distance from where we can park to the entrance of a customers home. These things can definitely affect hours. By law, we are responsible for damages with moves within NY. The coverage is **** cents per lb/per article. We also have an independent ****************** to handle claims made. We offered this to Arev, but there was no follow up. I tried to reach the customer after the move, again no reply. The sofa situation was to be handled by the office manager. By the time we were made aware there was any situation, it was already too late. The sofa was already moved into the apartment. Our ******* encouraged **** to call the office several times to resolve the issue. She did reach out but only after she had resolved the situation herself. Again, we want to apologize for any inconvenience caused. We always take our customers concerns seriously and will continue to learn from experiences such as this one. There is no reason for any customer to be scared to move with us. We take pride in being honest, loyal and trustworthy. ***************** President ********************** Moving & Storage ****

    Came on time. Wrapped everything carefully . Arrived in ******* in 3 days as planned. Cannot ask for anything better. Thanks ***. It was a great experience!
