      I had a loan with WBL that was paid in full early November 2023. I have tried repeatedly and unsuccessfully to have WBL release the Florida *** filing. To date, the filing has not been released and I cannot get a response from anyone at WBL.

      Better Business Bureau:

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

      However, to be clear, there was no misunderstanding.  World Business Lenders made no attempt to terminate the *** filing (despite having been paid IN FULL) until I reported them to the BBB.  I repeatedly tried reaching WBL by phone and email since November 2023 when the loan was satisfied. I have documents to support my efforts and the few responses I received from WBL.

      RE: Escrow No :NMS-13762003 On 9/28/2022 I took out a would' be home loan for $150000 with WBL I was told that $74,590 will be deposit in my account follow by ****** escrow money will be deposit after home were inspected. I did receive the first deposit ,but never received the second deposit after complete inspection from the ********************** and the independent contract that WBL hired I passed both of them. I was told by different member of the team that the money was release but i never received it. I tried resolving the issue with them only to be ignored and lied too. I have been making interest only payment on the full loan $150000 but never receive what was in the contract, which was additional $******.
