      Horrible front desk service. ***** says she works for herself and doesnt have to go by any company rules. Im still not able to pay for my belongings after going through a personal situation that didnt allow me to pay. She belittles me and gives different prices depending on her mood. I just want to be able to move out comfortably and shes not allowing that.

      TLDR: Atrocious customer service. Borderline predatory business practices. Horrible online account system. I saw rats in the storage building. Unfortunately, I cannot in good faith recommend anyone store their belongings with StorageBlue.So to start, I gave them a heads up a full month ahead of time both over email and in person that I was going to move out and both times they basically gave a bare minimum acknowledgement. No other instructions about moving out. I even asked them over email what else I'd need to to to move out. None guidance except a receipt (which had no check out instructions, either). So I move my stuff out the next day and expect that to be the end of it.Lo and behold, they call me to let me know they're charging me the next month because I didnt come come at the end of the month to get it inspected. Like they cant just inspect it themselves at the end of the lease and it would make no difference. They said its technically in the lease that I needed to have it inspected, which okay, I guess you got me StorageBlue. Congrats! But neither when I sent them an email asking about check out instructions nor when I talked to them in person about it being my last month did they care to mention that Id need to have it inspected. An honest and fair business practice would be to remind the customer of the process for checking out if there was an additional step like that instead of them expecting me to remember the minutiae of a lease I signed months ago.Besides their customer service malpractice, I saw rats and bugs in the halls of the storage unit which did not exactly reassure me that my belongings were safe from damage. Also, their online account services are horrible and (as an IT professional) appeared to be insecure despite it storing my payment information.Nonetheless, I hope theyre happy swindling me out of a months payment. Im furious with how they handled this and will absolutely never do business with StorageBlue again, even i
