    Car was rightly towed. But was told after showing ownership and ID that I had to pay by cash or card on the spot. I believe ** lien law shouldve allowed me to take position of car and be issued a bill to be paid in time. Also vehicle was on kings towing property for less than 24 mins and was charged $181. Owner was rude as well. Did not present check as form a payment as required by law. While I had $800 of food to deliver to client in my car. Would not provide report on why it was towed. Towed car illegally before 15 minutes had even elapsed. There were no signs outside of mall. My hazards were on while parked outside entrance with delivery sign displayed on dash. In my opinion it is fraud. My car now makes a sound near front left shocks and struts when getting in and out of car. I will be writhing to local law enforcement so it does not occur again

    This disgusting, terrible and illegal company is running a robbery business! They towed your car without reason - I parked my car in metro plaza parking lot and went into Shoprite to buy something. However it towed away the car illegally within 10mins from I parked the car! Horrible and ridiculous!! We are the customers and they towed the car! When we argued with the company, they said they were instigated by the guys from metro plaza - without ensuring the identity of the "guy" and the situation whether or not my car is supposed to be towed. The people there were really bad and rude, charged you a huge amount of money, including punishments, storage, taxes and etc. even if our car was not stored there at all! I would say this is completely illegal and disgusting. I will let my lawyer *** this company, and even the "guy" of metro plaza. They don't right to do that! Let's say, if this keeps happening, and one day, I pretend I were some "property owner" and I call this company "Come and tow away this car". Then I would expect the ridiculous thing happens. Please report this company!

    King Towing scammed me for the past 3 years. They are contracted through AAA and they sold and installed 2 batteries that were incompatible with my range rover (non-AGM) fully knowing that they would die in a ploy to get me to bring my vehicle to their shop. They scanned the *** on the vehicle which clearly showed that my car required a AGM-EFB battery but sold me a non-AGM battery twice. the first one failed after repeated failure and they wouldn't honor the warranty because they claimed it would have to be brought in to their shop to determine if the battery was faulty. They sold me a second one, installed it--it failed repeatedly and they again said it had to be brought in. Total scam. I requested a different contractor through AAA and they immediately saw that the battery King Towing installed was not compatible with my vehicle. The battery was replaced with the AGM/EFB battery and the vehicle immediately turned on--it hasn't failed since. AVOID KING TOWING AT ALL COSTS!

    Terrible. Illegally towed my car out of a shopping mall parking lot. There were no signs at ANY OF THE THREE entrances that stated no parking was allowed. When dealing with them, they were not even able to answer questions, were rude, and extremely unprofessional.

    This company fraudulently tows vehicles out of shopping mall parking lots. They are currently under investigation for such fraud.
