Scammed me and added almost 5000$ on my purchase price while i was signing documents without informing me. Price if the car was $11250, with added fees of approximately $4700, i put $5000 down payment, and my loan is still $15600. They put purchase price if $15600 on documents while they were cheat chatting with me about where i was from. My loan amount was supposed to be close to $11000, and manager verbally confirmed it. To reach the resolution either dealership has to update bank and refund extra charge or write a check for the difference under my name.

At NJ State Auto, transparency is a cornerstone of our sales process.

Before any paperwork is signed, every customer is provided with a detailed breakdown of all costs, including vehicle price, taxes, fees, and any applicable interest or finance charges. Its important to clarify that the final purchase price shown on the finance agreement includes not only the vehicle itself but also any approved protection plans, registration items which are reviewed with customers prior to signing.

Loan amounts also reflect total repayment, which includes interest over the term of the loan, not just the amount financed.

Our goal is always to provide a clear, fair, and informed experience so that our customers can make confident purchasing decisions.

If you have any remaining concerns or questions about your purchase, we welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly and clarify anything further.

Purchased a car from ** State Auto Used Car in January 2021 and had problems within 90 days of the purchase. I insisted I wanted to switch the vehicle because it was a transmission issue and they promised to fix the issue. Within a few weeks I had the same issue and they gave me a loaner to fix and electrical issue. They returned the vehicle and the car shut down on the highway. They proceeded to fix the car for 10 months and returned the car to me about 2 weeks ago and it still has the service transmission code on the dashboard. I have face financial hardships, lost a job, and endured stress and anxiety due to this scenario. I put 5k down on the vehicle and at a total loss due to the condition of my vehicle and the lack of communication and honesty from the company
