      i purchased a vehicle March 8 2023 and two days later i was called in to sign the paper work for the vehicle. Upon getting the contract in my hands i noticed the number was higher than what i tol them i had as a down payment, I then asked ******* why does it say **** dollars when i told you i only had **** dollars down. ******* then said " thats what we had to tell the bank in order to get your loan approved" not thinking anything of it i continued to sign the contract thinking these people were really trying to help . After signing ******* said " by the way we are going to need the other **** before we can give you your tags. Now 2 weeks after given the other **** to them they are telling me my contract is being pulled due to fraulent activity. The dealership doesn't want to give me my down payment back at all they are rude and threaten to my husband all because we been asked to rescind the contract i don't ever want to work with this dealership again . The fact that we have a whole family and these people don't care they just want to make a sale i would never in my life recommend this place to any one , I would rather walk the rest of my life then purchase anything from them again , I hope people know that they don't care about you, **** is rude and curses at you and threatens you when you tell him exactly what his employees say . As **** being the head in charge why would you talk to your customer like that and say things like well you cant afford this and you went and tried 5 different dealerships, ***** wants to work with you but **, He should not be a manager i hope they investigate this place. WE ARE NOT NOT THE ONLY ONES THAT HAD THEIR TAGS HELD HOSTAGE
