The first issue was when one of the workers stepped through my skylight that had to be boarded up and shingled over
The second issue was a vent in my children's bathroom that had a major leak, which they allegedly repaired, began leaking again 4 days after the completed installation of a new roof.  Initially, the owner told me that a large branch had messed up the flashing.  Now, he texted me that there was a tear in the flashing. Then in a subsequent text, he said that the flange was defective so he had replaced it for me.
The third issue occurred 2 years after the new roof was installed.  A second skylight began leaking. I was able to fit my hand under the skylight to feel the shingles where it was leaking.  When I contacted the owner,  he stated, via text, that he had resealed around the skylight so it wouldn’t have an issue and he would price out new ones to which I said to just board it up and shingle over it. Having him do that repair cost me another $1K.  He’s now stating in texts that there was a crack in the skylight which is why it leaked
My fourth and final issue is that now, 5 years after a new roof installation, the vent in my bathroom began leaking into the skylight that was covered up.  I texted the owner and gave him a full day to respond.  Since there was an obvious leak and rain was forecasted for the next several days, I  contacted other companies that had been recommended to me.  After inspecting the area that was leaking, I was advised that the vent wasn’t sealed properly.  The owner of the company i hired to do the repair checked the rest of the roof and found that all of the vents were improperly sealed which would result in leakage.  To avoid further leaks and additional damage to the interior of my mobile home,I hired the new roofer to make all the necessary repairs.
I explained everything to the owner of NJ Bayshore Builders and requested a refund of $800 to offset 1/2 of the cost of repairs to inferior work done on my roof.
