    I last visited planet fitness in April 2023 and due to health reasons have not returned since. I lost my job and had 0 income for 9 months. During that time, this agency continuously charged my bank account and resulting in overdraft fees without my knowledge. Upon training employment, I joined a different gym for my mental health and began seeing charges for planet fitness in my new checking account. These charges were in addition to the new gym fees, causing my new account to overdraft twice. I contacted the gym to inquire and they can't cancel. I never authorized planet fitness billing of my new checking account and feel that this business is stealing on a recurring basis.

    Booked helicopter trip for 2 which they cancelled on ** and are now refusing a refund. We could not reschedule as we left ******** on the 19th September, the day of our booked helicopter *********** offered the 21st as the first open slot. I believe they took the booking knowing they could not honour it as the airspace would be closed due to ***** flying in & out of ***. The booking was made on the 14th September. They want me to accept credits valid for 12 months. I wont be able to use them!! Unless theyd like to pay for flights from ****** for us in order to use them! They are hiding behind their ****************** stating no refunds under any circumstances! But we did not breach the agreement, they did. It has ruined our trip and caused so much stress. They know that tourists cant just reschedule and use this to take our money. Hindsight is wonderful and I have now discovered they are known for this scam.

    I booked a helicopter tour with this company for 6 November 2022, complete with Uber pickup and drop off..I was told that the Uber driver would pick me up about 2 hours out from my scheduled flight time.. But I wasnt contacted at allwhen I called the company to inquire.. And request a refund of my ****** cost, I was told they didnt give refunds

    They will charge your card monthly $5.99 without ever telling you. I just noticed after 3 months of paying.

    I placed an order with FlyNyon in error after my internet crashed and the order processed automatically as my bank card was saved to my phone. I have contacted the company via email and Instagram (no response via email and delayed response on Instagram due to me being in Ireland the company in ********). The team on Instagram were helpful and then referred me on to *****, Manager of Customer Operations, who told me even though it was an error I will not receive a refund. I was simply trying to get a quote that included tax and service charges and now I am out $524 ??? I think a refund is just in this situation and would like a response from the company as I cannot comprehend how they can just accept taking this amount of money over a simple error that was out of my hands completely

    In sum, paid for the 'sunset experience' but didn't get that. Arrived well in advance (2 hrs prior when they recommended 1 1/2 hrs), was prepped, and as it got close to sunset time--my group was informed we're lucky and get the 'blue hour' so we would get sunset as well as blue hour. Our group agreed and then we continued to wait. They took a massive group ahead of us (in 4 helicopters) and we were left waiting.Upon arriving at the hanger, we had to continue to wait as the sun set. There was essentially no more sun at that point and we had to continue to wait. When we lead to the helicopters, we were paraded around 3 helicopters before they made us turn around again to the first helicopter. By the time we were ** in the sky, there was no more sunset. They didn't give us an extension of time or give us an option of that since they were running behind.After we landed, we were essentially stranded at the helipad waiting for someone to pick us up. The pilot left and just told us to wait. The group attempted to call the company number and it went straight to VM. We were just waiting in the dark at the hanger with no way of communicating w/ the staff. Eventually we flagged down a fuel tank but he also couldn't help since the van that was left there didn't have a key and we were gated inside the hanger. THIS IS A LIABILITY !20 mins later, after walking around the hanger trying to get help, we were able to get through the phone lines and the the person was shocked that no one was there. They said to speak to ***** about it.Once back inside, I spoke to ***** and she gave me her card and stated the company doesn't allow refunds and can ONLY offer another voucher. She stated we should have been informed about the delay and that they were down a helicopter so we had to wait--NO ONE INFORMED US OF SUCH UNTIL AFTER THE ********** insisted that we'd get an email by end of day and I'm still waiting. I also reached out and still nothing.
