    Got into an accident on the NJTP and my car was towed here. While I was in the truck the operator told me I was allowed to get my personal belongings out of the vehicle. When we arrived to the yard it became a hassle to remove the items from my car. Since I’m going through insurance and the car was listed as totaled. My insurance company called the business to request if I could clear my personal belongings out of the car which he was told yes since they were going to cover the charges. When I arrived to the tow yard I was told it was a company policy that you cannot get your personal belongings out of the vehicle with no explanation why. There is no policy posted anywheres in the waiting room stating that such thing. Had to contact the state police and they still wouldn’t allow me to get my belongings. Hope I never use this business in the future and will advise against anyone using them

    I got a vehicle towed with them to their lot. They would not release the vehicle even though all open fees and hidden were paid in full during their business hours. They would not let me take out important equipment for my job from the vehicle. however we did see other customers taking out their belongings from their vehicles.

    Our car was towed in ******** on 10/6 at 1:55 PM. We went there same day to get the car released and take the car back. However this company's operation was closed on Sunday. We went back the following day 10/7 at 9 AM. We were asked to pay 2 days of fees for the towing company while it was not even 24 hours . I saw other people complaining about this rip off as well. The business practice of this company needs to be properly investigated so that they do not rip of the common people like myself.
