    I had an appointment with the gyn doctor at Premier Urology. Unpleasant experience. I fell off the table when getting up from my exam. I now am dealing with a cast on the ankle. Nursing staff was not available to help me off the table. I am writing this to warn all patients to ask for assistance when getting off the table. I did not feel that the ankle was bruised when I left the gyn.office, but pain and swelling began that night. The following day, I had to go for medical ******************* staff did come in when they heard the thump,and did take my vitals. I was so upset and embarrassed. I did go back another day to speak with the administrator and was told that additional training would be given for staff at the facility.
