    ****** and his team are exceptional. Theres no one else we will work with from here on out.We did a total house renovation, inside and out, and we are so happy we found Vinnie Rappa to work with us. Our project included gutting the entire first floor, moving walls, replacing all the bathrooms, relocating the kitchen, a new roof and siding, all new windows, and much more. We found Rappa Construction on Houzz, and quickly realized that ****** lives up to his reputation. He calls when he says he will, he and his team will be there when he says they will. He is honest and has the customers best interest at heart. When we first met with ******, he was upfront about some of our ideas and how they would turn into problems in the future, advising us on the best course of action. He also helped us find a great architect. Throughout the project, he and his team were hardworking, fast, courteous, inventive, and they always cleaned up at the end of the day (important - since we lived at the house while the construction was happening. Also, they are all just good people and lovely to be around.) The final product is of impeccable quality. ****** lined up subcontractors and inspections like the pro he is, and kept our project time to as quick as possible. Its amazing that he redid our entire house: taking it down to the studs and subfloors (10 dumpsters!), moving walls, replacing all windows and doors, adapting to many surprises, and he still finished the inside and outside within the time frame he initially provided: 7 months of construction. There is not a single floor, drywall, or sink that remains from the prior owners!He helped us know what decisions we needed to have ready for him; it was teamwork. The result is exceptional. We have an incredible new kitchen, a primary bathroom thats like a swanky hotel, hardwood and tile floors that impress, reliable electrical and plumbing, better energy efficiency, and on and on. We cant thank ****** and his team enough.
