    Had the restoration group do remediation in my house after an overflow. They came promptly to inspect and set up fans. On fan pick up had some miscommunication between front office and workers but overall job got done well.

    The Restoration Group was prompt in responding. Communication with their office was excellent. The workers were on time and showed up ready to work within the time window provided. All work was successfully completed within the time frame that was quoted.

    I was happy with their service I was having trouble finding someone that would come out the same night. This company did just that. Protected my floors through out the house with plastic and was very efficient with the clean up. Left not one but two dehumidifiers and 7-8 fans for 4 days. If I need someone again I would call them first.

    Very pleased with the overall managing of our water mitigation from our refrigerator water line leaking into our basement. They were very quick to reach out to us after starting the claim with our insurance company. They stayed in contact with us throughout the next several days as the team came to assess the damage and start the demolition process. Throughout the project they continued to call us to schedule next step appointments and to ensure that everything was up to our satisfaction. This is the first time we ever had to use a water restoration service and we were very pleased with how the entire process was handled from start to finish.

    I purchased a house that had mold on the basement walls and ceiling. I called The Restoration Group and they came out to my house on the same day to give me an estimate. They were very professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns. They gave me an estimate that was very affordable and they started working on the mold removal right away.
