    I took my boat here to be repaired because I was never able to get the engine rpm above *****. They replaced $2,315 in parts thru trouble shooting the problem. They told me they took my boat on various sea trials and the rpm were up to *****. Every time I went to run the boat, it never went over the original ***** rpm. They charged me a total of $4,936 for 69 hours of labor. I paid them a total of $7,071 in invoices over the course of a year in effort to have my engine repaired.The end result is the engine is in the same condition as when I originally brought it to their repair shop.I contacted them several times telling them I am not satisfied with their repairs and want a full or partial refund.They claim their work is never guaranteed to fix the problems a customer is paying their service department to repair and they are not liable for a refund of any sort. The company says I signed a contract online that stated while we make every attempt to fix your boat to a condition the customer is satisfied with, unfortunately that some times does not ********* other words, this company in the business of marine service does not stand behind their own ******** can you operate a service driven company like that? I would strongly urge customers with boat service needs to stay away from these people and find a more reputable company to perform your desired repairs.They continue to refuse responsibility and issue any form of refund for the service work they did not perform successfully.

    I sought their assistance for a simple outboard installation after speaking with various other Tohatsu dealersa task that should be straightforward and completed in a reasonable timeframe. Instead, it took an outrageous five months to finish a job that should have taken mere weeks. Throughout this agonizing process, Sales and ******** frequently passed the blame onto each other where neither took responsibility for their actions. I was repeatedly assured my boat would be ready within specific timeframes, only to be met by broken promises and specious excuses. As the weeks turned into months, the excuses piled higher than the promises they failed to deliver. Rather than owning up to their mistakes and shortcomings, Sales pointed fingers at ******** while she deflected responsibility back to them. I quickly realized that dealing with Browns Point Marina was not merely a matter of poor service, but deceit and a complete lack of integrity and competence.Messages went unanswered for days, and phone calls were often met with vague responses or outright lies. I was constantly treated to a parade of poorly constructed excuses, none of which inspired any trust. Ironically, the only reliable aspect of our interactions was their unwavering ability to avoid delivering the service that was promised. As the delays mounted, I was met with a litany of accusations and excuses. They blamed everyone but themselves, including me as well as preapproval errors, weather conditions, tides, and the shortcomings of their mechanics. More alarming is not just the incompetence displayed by ******* and ********, but the blatant dishonesty that permeates their business practices. The lack of moral backbone is indicative of a broader issue within Browns Point Marina, where the focus seems to lie more on deflecting blame than on providing any semblance of quality service.
