      Do not use these services , my Cat passed away after 20 yrs of love and loving back and I ordered a Urn from them and what I got was a window 2 inches wide and 3 inches long and a picture cannot even be seen correctly no matter how small I make the picture and they do not return emails when they are ************ NOT USE these people or services

      My dog passed away on Saturday. He was cremated on Monday, they day they received him, before we could contact them for services. We wanted a paw print but it was too late. We called. We emailed. We filled out the online form. They have yet to reply to us online. We were heart broken when we found out he was already gone and there was nothing that could be done. There is no rectifying this. I would like everyone to know. I wish someone would have spared me the heartbreak.
