    I was pricing rides to an from newark air port. I called someothers and found State shuttel. I called and told the girl what I was looking for.i need a ride from toms river nj to newark air port and on 12/7 to be picked up at 5:00 AM and taken home. She gave me a price and I booked it. She told me when. I come back to get my luggage and call them. I asked how long will it take him to pick me up. That the driver will be in the air port lot. When I returned on the morning of the 7th I called. The girl said that they sent a car yesterday were was I. I told her that they were told I was arriving in the morning of the 7th. My flyt home wasn't till 11:55PM on the 6th an arriving on the 7th at 5:00AM. She said t h at she would need my card again to book the car I told her it was paid for. She said it was just to book it. So I gave it to her. One hour later the car came and took me home. Later that day I looked at my bank account and there was a charge from State Shuttel for the full amount again. $146.80.
    I called up and was told to call on Monday the girl that dos the refunds is not in. I called on Monday an asked for the book keeper. I didn't even get a chance to say anything. She told me that the owner was on vacation and she would call me and hung up. I whated till the next Monday an called. Again I didn't even say a word and was told that the owner had to go to her sons college and they would call me. This sounds like the run around.
    I was given the price for round trip of $146.80 Then I was charged again $146.80

     In regards to this complaint with ****** *********, yes there was a booking error, and yes we gave him a full refund in the amount of ****** on 12-30-24. We also spoke to Mr. ********* about his refund.

    Booked a car service from home to ************** for a business trip. Scheduled weeks in advance. Found out the next day that my company would not reimburse for this business so I called to cancel the service. The company would not refund my card. Claimed they can only provide credit.
