      If I could give 0 I would. They never informed me of a recall on my vehicle before purchasing it from them, fast forward to my accident that happened that couldve taken mine and my sons life!! All because these people didnt care enough to have this recall fixed in my car! So irresponsible for this company to even be able to sell vehicles in this condition and for not caring about the safety of their customers! These people have no ******* whatsoever and could care less if your family is in the car and could be harmed but their negligence. Worst f****** place ever and they should not be in business!

When you purchased this vehicle, you signedmultiple forms acknowledging there was an open recall on it, including a Carfax report where you signed on the page itself advising that a recall was open without a remedy from ***************Pursuant to 49 U.S. Code ***** (b)(1) Northway Automotive Inc is exempt from the Federal Statute which prohibits selling noncomplying motor vehicles and equipment that may have an open recall. Your local Manufacturer's Franchise Dealership should repair any open recall less than 10 years old, free of charge. Northway Automotive advises its buyers to check the accuracy of the information given by any and all means at their disposal prior to purchasing the vehicle. ******** each and every customer of any and all recalls open on a vehicle at the time of sale. In addition,we offer a Lojack device on every vehicle which, aswell as many other features, notifies you of any new orexisting open recalls on your vehicle.
