    Art, the owner, was incredibly responsive and empathetic to an urgent situation and panicked homeowner! I cant say enough good things about my experience. Super knowledgeable and responsive- which is tough to come by these days. I wont use any other service here forward.

    I had a great experience with ***** and **** from ACS Plumbing. They went above and beyond to help me with water heater replacement. They were very neat and professional, and they knew what they were doing. They explained everything to me clearly and answered all my questions. They also cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services. Thank you ***** and **** for a job well done!

    Prompt,professional, knowledgeable, helped homeowners understand what the situation was an also how to fix if problem happens again. Gave great suggestions on how to upgrade piping. I would difiantly recommend this company to anyone.

    Art came to our house on a Sunday we had no heat in one of our bathrooms he rectify the situation was very knowledgeable we have had other plumbers here to look at it and received various quotes and opinions of what was wrong of course requiring new parts extended times to repair art was able to fix the problem with no added parts very professional thank you very much .

    Watch out with this guy ! Offers a discount if you pay cash, does not provide any invoice for the job and you end up paying double the discount offered. I needed 2 toilet intake hoses and new valves, washing machine hoses and a new kitchen faucet. The macerator was going to be repaired and was included in the $700.00 ****. He could not complete the job in one day and I had to repeatedly call to get him to come back. After spending 5 minutes in the house, he stated that the macerator needed to be replaced or removed and I had to pay additional money. I refused and he left ! So, he just kept the money for a macerator repair that he did not do !! He is not an upfront, honest plumber.

    ********************,Both of your toilets were completely rebuilt. I installed a new faucet for you and attempted to unjam your disposal. You did not want to pay for a new disposal. If you need further assistance, please contact my office manager.

    A water intake hose and a shut off valve is not rebuilding a toilet. You also assured us that the disposal could be rebuilt. Then when you came back you didn't even look at it, you just asked for more money. I guess $700.00 was enough of a profit for you. Any more lies coming my way??

    A new flapper, fill valve, supply hose, and shut off valve is rebuilding a toilet. You can not rebuild a disposal. At best you can attempt to unjam a disposal, which we did on the first visit, or replace a grinding chamber. Your unit was non-reparable and jammed a second time. The next logical step is to replace the unit. Please quote around for the price of disposal replacements. You will see our price was very competitive. There were no lies, whatsoever. I'm sorry you had a bad experience.
