    We purchased a new Blue Star refrigerator, delivered Friday, 10/7/22. It does not work. The refrigerator temperature is 60 degrees and will not change. We can't use it at all. The freezer is fine. We have called and emailed both Ferguson and Blue Star to get our refrigerator working. The soonest appointment is 2 weeks from the installation date. We believe this should have been addressed or immediately replaced.

    Thank you for your feedback, as we greatly appreciate the opportunity to make our service even better; we deeply apologize that the **** was missed with this experience. To assist with the customer's issue, a Manager immediately reached out on ******************** behalf directly to the manufacturer when the initial request for warranty service was made. As it turns out, we do not have authority over the manufacturer's warranty service times, as we are only the reseller of the product. We're truly sorry to read that they have not been able to schedule service more quickly for ****************. We forwarded this information again to the local management team so they can be made aware of the issue she is having with the service of her refrigerator. She will receive a telephone call response from management again within the next 1-2 business days to discuss the issue and see if *********************** we can do to assist on her behalf.

    I am rejecting this response because:  I have one missed call from management at Ferguson's.  I returned the call, but was unable to reach the manager. I was told I could leave a message for him  He has not returned my call.
