      Not sure how you file reports when youre refund was not only processed over a month ago but confirmed receipt. Guess you can say anything you like on the internet as opposed to contacting someone directly.

      ***************- the owner of **** Tough **, came to my business the day that half of my sign fell down and shattered on 12/18/23. He approached me with an offer for his sign making/install services. He said since we are a local business that he would give a great price for the sign. He came back on 1/8/24 and discussed the specifics of the sign and promised he could have it done within 2 weeks. He sent me an invoice of $1,070.00 which included removal and install. On 1/10/24 at 9:58AM *** messages me on Instagram, our main form of communication. He said as soon as he had a deposit, he would start working on my sign. The same morning, I arrived at the business to discover my entire sign was destroyed. I told him that we would do a deposit with him that Friday (1/12/24). I just wanted my sign up now asap. Friday 1/14 he came to the business for his deposit. With the condition of the sign, there would be no charge for removal, since it was gone. So the price had came down to a total of $850. I didnt want to wait any longer so I gave him a cash deposit of $450. He said he would get right to work on it. At this point his communication becomes very vague. 2/8 he canceled. On 2/20 he says since I didnt confirm his scheduled date for install, he refrained from scheduling the equipment. He waited for the day of install to tell me he never confirmed! 2/27 I was rescheduled for 3/1 - he never shows up or reach's out to me this day either. After this I had 6 separate install dates. By March 15th I keep calling him and he won't answer. He texts back saying he would send me my deposit back and I never get this either. At this point I realize I have been scammed. He does not have a page where anyone can see his reviews. This must be part of his tactic for scamming people. I have been really struggling as a new business without a sign. I have lost half of my business because of this. My hope is that he does not do this to anyone else. Especially to any other female business owners.

      This report is completely false and bs. I find it humorous how it was well documented that the only reason the sign wasnt installed was due to weather. Youre father was recorded threatening violence over 400 which was dropped off which we have photos of. Your family and you went on the internet and social trying to blame me but even after refunded and over a year, you still never got a sign at all & now youre business closed from what I heard was a non rent payment and your father having a war with the landlord and the town. Very professional. What is also no professional is before me you were hanging banners on your frame just to play it cheap which could have ripped and flown off in high winds landing on a car driving on rte 31 potentially causing an accident and harming someone bad. Way to keep your customers safe. But despite all your commentary, my business is doing fine and yours has closed. *****
