    Order not received I ordered egg white protein on 10/16/23, the money was taken out of my account 10/17/23. Shipping was 4 to 14 days for $0.99. I waited 14 business days when I did not receive the item, I texted 11/6/23 with no response. I then sent a messenger message 11/7/23 with no response. Today, 11/8/23, I emailed **** stating, if the item was not shipped yet, I would like to cancel the order or if it has shipped, when can I expect to receive it. He replied stating he will cancel the order. I wish there was a customer service to talk to, but there is only text, messenger or email to contact *********Also, I don't know what the hold up was for such a delay. If it is due to low supply, maybe note on your website that there is a high demand and that it could take longer that 2 weeks or whatever the time frame might be. Just a suggestion. ??Now to wait and see when the money goes back into my **********/13 - still waiting on my refund.11/14 - still waiting on my refund. Date of experience: November 06, 2023
