    I placed an order on Nov 13 (order ID is ******). *** tracking number is ******************. I never received the package, and the *** delivery photo is of a different home, not my address. I have emailed Fuller Brush multiple times for resolution. THey told me *** was trying to contact me, which they have not called nor emailed me. I attempted to file a claim with ***; however it says Fuller Brush already filed a complaint so I needed to contact the business for a resolution. However, Fuller Brush is not helping me, they are saying I need to talk to ***.

    I’m n 1/7/2024 I place an order (#******) for one mop and bucket set after seeing it on the Fuller Brush ads on Facebook. I attempted to place the order through FB but it would not complete the transaction and no confirmation email was ever received. Therefore, I went to the company website and placed the order. I then received two orders for the same mop/bucket set valued at over $120. I informed the company of their mistake and asked for a return label. They told me to take it up with Facebook and would not reply to any of my emails. I would like the second set that was sent to me in error returned with company provided return label and a refund. Very poor customer service.

    I purchased an item that we decided to return as it was unsatisfactory. I had to pay for returning the item. PUrchased in May , order # ******. Return was sent on May 17 via *** (i have tracking #). Received no reply. In June, disputed with my credit card company. I received a refund from Discover on 6/12 ($70.49) . I thought it was a done deal. Now apparantly the company has disputed that they never received the item and Discover recharged me! I have emailed them the tracking #. They have no phone # to contact anyone, only email.
