    Placed orders online where it stated multiple items in stock and shipping within 24-48 hours (also confirmed stock availability via telephone). Next day receive email stating item is backordered est. shipping approx. 8 weeks. Cancelled orders as I needed items for immediate installation.

    Nine weeks later they charge my previously obtained **** **** stating they have no record of the order being cancelled.

    I asked if they have any documents/records of me agreeing to wait over 2 months for delivery.

    Purchased on April 9 for $79.94

    This company also operates under the name of going decor. I had an awful experience with them refusing to allow me to return a door chime I purchased on April 9, 2024 in the total amount of $79.94. I emailed requesting a return on May 3, 2024 due to no longer needing the item. They didn't reply to my email until May 6 and told me my item was non-returnable and indicated on their website, however, it was never indicated on my order summary or receipt. Terrible way to do business. All sales final indicators are ALWAYS on my online receipts. Will be disputing with my credit card company now.

    I purchased online from GoingLighting on May 29, 2022 two wall sconces for a new build that was to be completed in August 2022. We inspected the items to make sure nothing was broken and all pieces were there to ensure we did not sit on an unknown issue that would be discovered later during install. From a quality standpoint the lights were intact and complete. Due to several constructions delays we were not notified from the builders until September 14 that the lights physically would not be able to be installed due to what the electrician referred to as a unique banana box on the light fixture. In order allow mounting space for this banana box to be hidden within the wall, studs would need to be moved or drywall redone. Obviously this is not a cost we could take on for the light itself. I contacted the company to ask for a return and apologized for being outside the return window, there would have just been no way the average person would have known this would not work for us. The company stuck behind their return window and the item being as described online. Both lights are in original packaging and can easily be resold by the seller.
