    Is this a real business? They do NOT answer their phones. I have called multiple times since they called me on *****.. have left NUMEROUS voicemails. My next step is to file a complaint with CMS, ******************* ** ************************ and the BBB.

    This company does the billing for Azria Health Longview (nursing home) and they are the worst to deal with. They cannot provide detailed invoices of what all of the charges for. When they provide what they call an "invoice", it is so basic and is NEVER correct. They are so unorganized and uneducated! They sent an email "invoice" a couple of months ago for charges of a relative that is living there but then sent an updated invoice when I requested one because they claim the bills are past due (which they are not), and the new invoices show different amounts for the previous months! They lie to you, they won't answer your questions, they cannot get anything correct!
