So we all know administration and such in nurisng home industry are crooked. But this is actually praise for LTC Ally. Not because of what they do, but because they have some really great employees. ******** and **** went above and beyond trying to resolve a problem. Since my mom passed I've been arranging her affairs and they will be paid from her estate. There was zero issue when I told them that. With one exception, everyone I've spoken to is pleasant and helpful. I wish all the places om dealing with had such sweet employees
