      I purchased my 2021 *** around july within that same week i noticed a popping sound, issue with the brakes, issue with acceralting.. i bought this car on a tues & on that saturday my car wouldnt start. I had to sit in a parking lot for over an hr before it would start again. I called that Mon & scheduled it for an appt. (noone seemed to care at all that a 2021 vehicle with ****** miles was having multiple issues within the same week of purchase). I brought the car in, explained the issues and even test drove it with one of the managers. They kept my car for the entire day on saturday. They call me & tell me they couldnt figure it out & they need it to come back & keep it for a few days. I explained i just traded a car in & do not have another car & this is very disspointing that they are asking me to be without a car for days. Again, they didnt care. Very short. with unfriendly. They had their sale, thats all they cared about. When i spoke with a higher manager, they offered to call me when they had a rental car. ***** to tell me its not a big deal because I have a warranty. I explained that doesnt matter. ***** who just buys a car, wants to deal with mechanical issues in the same week. They then call me a few days later that they have a rental car available. Then call back & apologize that they made a mistake. Then a few days later when my car wouldnt start while i was at my childrens summer camp, im on the phone with a manager who did try to assist me it figuring the situation out because at this point i was extremely annoyed at this entire experience. Then they call saying come get a rental right now, i drop it off. They had it for 1 WEEK,. issue with suspension, recall and fuel issue. NOT all problems fixed. told me they couldnt "duplicate" the issues. still till this day it has not been fixed & has now worsened. They have not shown a care in the world & a manager actually said "yah i guess we dont have a good relationship. try another honda" TERRIBLE PLACE

      In regards to the Complaint ID ********, ****** ****** had her car towed in using her Honda Care warranty Vin #***************** 2021 Honda HR-V. We completed the seat sensor safety recall, but could not duplicate her concerns. She informed us that her father was a ** at a repair shop we then invited her to have her father come in with her to verify the issues. She has not responded

      I brought my car in because it was making a noise and they said it is probably the wheel alignment after they checked so I gave them permission to fix it. The problem was not resolved and now all of a sudden its also a balance problem too. Its very fraudulent because I think it was a balance problem to begin with and now Im being charged for both issues.

      I spoke to ****** on the phone and invited her to bring the vehicle in so that the service manager may take a ride with the customer to see what the issue is. After  inspection of the vehicle once it was put on the lift it was discovered that two of her rims were damaged causing the rough ride. The service manager is working with the customer to make the necessary repairs.
