    I ordered a sample tile which I received. I then ordered enough for my backsplash. Once I have more tile when I looked at it, it was going to be far too light for my kitchen. I reached out to return all the unused tile. I knew I would pay a restocking fee but I also had to pay to ship everything back. My tile was $462 in total, cost me $180 to ship back and I will also have a restocking fee. So it has cost me more than 1/2 of what I spent.This is absolutely ridiculous

    Unfortunately this is our return policy, which is stated on our website under our return policy *************************************************************. The return policy is also on the order confirmation email and shipping confirmation email.

    Please note a credit has already been issued for your return, you should see it in your bank account within the next couple of days.
