    I ordered items to use for a wedding. The items were described on their website as quality and elegant. Whenever I received the the plates they were not 10 inches as described on the website they were smaller and the gold on all of the plates was scratched off and missing in certain places! The the plates are so cheap and thin I can see right through them and I bought the white ones. Im afraid my guests will burn themselves walking from the buffet back to their tables! The gold plastic wear is so flimsy I feel they will break when my guests try to use them to cut anything never mind a piece of meat. Do not purchase from this company! You will have to pay yourself to return the items whether they are damaged or not to get a credit back on your credit card. Ive contacted them a few times and I even sent them pictures and they still dont care. They said I have to follow whats on the website about returns but heres a thing they didnt follow their promise on their website saying they had quality and elegant items because they certainly are not!

    June 17, 2022 I placed my order. June 23, 2022 I reached out by email to see the status of the order and was told " We temporarily placed your order on hold because some of the items listed below are back-ordered with estimated availability on 7/15/22." July 19 ***** I reached out again to follow up on my order and was told "I sent you an email previously as we temporarily placed your order on hold because some of the items listed below are back-ordered with estimated availability on 7/15/22." My response "You did and thank you so much for your quick response response but I was asking because it was after that 7/15 date and I was just seeing If items have come in because my event is coming up and if I have to order somewhere else I need to know that?" Response "We got an update that the availability was moved to 7/30. Would you consider to wait until nextweek?" I agreed to wait. Today is July 30th. If this company is open weekends I look forward to my order being shipped today. If it is not I will wait patiently until August 3, 2022 then I will be forced to file a claim with my bank and report this to the BBB So others do not have to encounter what I have had to.
