    Only interested in collecting and increasing rent. They are rude, arrogant and will do anything to get a dollar, even lie to the tenants. They will illegally lock out a tenant without a court order to collect any owed money. There has not been any maintenance done on the property. Ignore emails and phone regarding basic upkeep of the property. They refuse to send someone out to remove the snow and only cut the grass once in a while. I have never seen such unprofessional behavior in all my years of renting.

    Atrocious. The people who run this company don't care in the slightest about the people they are paid to serve. You can send them email after email reminding them of their promises, only to be put on hold another month, or receive no response at all. No integrity. One tenant in this building was suckered by the new owners into a 500-dollar increase in rent in a rent-controlled building. When I mentioned this to the company manager, this is what he said: "Well, it's still good rent." When Upperlux took over the management of this building, conditions went steeply downhill. Continuous bedbugs, out of control garbage, no enforcement of policies such as no-smoking and obstruction of walkways. There is no maintenance schedule for the building, so the common areas remain filthy. An all-around horrible experience with these people. Three thumbs down!
