      Hello I hope all is well.Our twins started going to NJ swim. We had several hundred of dollars credit. We relocated from ** to ** so we are unable to use their faciality any more. Since 2019 to current I have tried contacting the manager ****** for a resolution. She refused to forward me the company's contact information for the President or whoever in in charge. I have sent emails, left messages, and texts. She used to reply and now she don't. The economy is hard that is our hard working money and I need a refund. I have spend hours days, months and years trying to get a refund. I am kindly asking you to help me please. If you need any further information, please contact.
