    We had fallen behind on our mortgage payments and were in danger of foreclosure. I received multiple texts from ******* Wright offering to buy our house. We met and he gave us an offer under his company name Flip it Wright Properties. He then continued to badger us, telling us if we didnt sign immediately, we would lose the house. No time for an attorney to review. We signed the papers with a closing date of 8/1/2014. On 7/22/2024 our mortgage company contacted us to say they would offer us a trial adjustment period which meant we could save our house. I told ******* Wright that we would not be closing, due to the turn of events. He has now threatened a law suit against us. Understanding that business is business. ******* told us from the beginning that he wanted to help us. He offered up a realtor who did not listen to our requests as far as properties. We asked for some of the money up front as a good faith deposit and had no response until we backed out. We asked for an extension on closing, again with no response until we backed out.
