    I have been leaving several messages at Heritage Village Senior living in *********, ** and also at CUS Management in *************,**. My father lived at the location and passed away in November 2024 and have been trying to give them back their keys and to get his security deposit back but have not gotten in contact with anyone. I would like someone to reach out to help with this process.

Alligations of racial slurs As well as disability discrimination and no disability accommodations and parking and Certain properties without any staff working In the office for more than eight months months, leaving tenants without any ability to pay rent or Address anyone in case of an emergency, many tenants having to purchase portable air conditioners and heaters Do to cis management Neglect to pay for the central air units to be fixed harassment of

    I live in ******** ******* ** *********. When I moved in almost 9 yrs ago everything was taken care of. Now we can't get our apt. painted, can't get a light bulb for the kitchen or bathroom. My neighbor had to put a lamp on top of her fridge. A lot of the bulbs are out in the hall and outside most of the lights are out. If you come home in the evening it is dark. There are no lights in the back of the building which is dangerous because it's a wooded area. One of the elevators has been out for 2 months. They keep saying they are getting it repaired but when it happened before it was fixed within a week. That can be very dangerous because if the other elevator breaks down how do elderly tenants bring their shopping up to the second or third floor? In an emergency how do the ENTs do their work? The AC is out on all three floors. They say they have to call a repairman but nothing is done. They yes you to death. I found out today that the heat is on in the 3rd floor library. My next-door neighbor has been without AC for a month now. My other neighbor didn't have her stove working for 2 months. I heard that the building is not paying their bills, so they can't get the work done. After a month we finally got a landscaper after the grass was about 10 in high. It feels like we have a slum landlord and living in the South Bx instead of Manalapan. The building is 17 yrs old and the carpets in the hall and elevators are beyond dirty and smell. The halls were never repainted and everything is dated and filthy. We even have the same curtains in the community room that were never washed or replaced. The whole place is just going downhill and that's putting it nicely. The newer tenants in the building pay over $1,300 for a one bedroom which is not so affordable. The people that were here the longest pay around $987. There are 100 apartments, so what are they doing with our rent money? We really need help here.

    Having problems in our building maintenance not being done. Elevator not working for over a month, No lights on one side of the building which is the parking lot.You go into the lobby ,community room,floors rugs are filthy.one persons air condition not working and its central air there suppose to help get her help and they are not..halls and all the floors on all levels rugs must be shampooed but I believe they are beyond salvaging.. It is on the website that we have a heritage village bus and converter was stolen.No excuses they have insurance.Its 2 years many tenants dont drive and they depend on the.bus Everything on that website is false advertisement.We were not given what we were promised. They have no product or supplies to clean and maintain our building. Thank you, ***********************

    This apartment building has not been receiving routine maintenance. The parking lot doesnt have lights. The bulbs are burnt out and not replaced. Lights are burnt out in personal apartments and not replaced. Lights are burnt out in hallways and not replaced. One of the elevators doesnt work (we have 2). This is a 55+ dwelling and many people use walkers. How would we get out in an emergency.Everyday maintenance isnt done due to lack of parts. Ive had a kitchen faucet that needs to be replaced. It leaks constantly since January 2024. My two windows in the bedroom are broken. I can not open them for fresh air.The air conditioning in the hallways is off a lot of the time. One resident called to complain about that and was told to stay in her apartment. We have residents that have been without air conditioning all summer. The reason again is that they dont have the part. The hallways havent been vacuumed because they dont have bags for the vacuum cleaner. We mail our rent to CIS Management in ****************. If a resident calls the phone rarely gets picked up.It was a very good building when I moved in 10 years ago. Its terrible. I want my beautiful home ( building) back.Thank you for your time.
