      It is extremely bad business design to not empower the user. The customer to fully control their billing information. Once you add a credit card in this application, you do not have the ability to remove it unless you commit a different payment method. That is terribly scammy, especially when there's no active service and nothing is outstanding. You should have full control as a customer. I feel this software is extremely scammy. The user interface pushes the user interface on someone to gain a credit card. And then does not empower the user or respect the user with integrity to allow them to opt out at any time. Now my credit card information is in their system and I am powerless to manage my own information????! And I do not have control over it. I am scared for the security and degree of exposure the app has on my Personal information,
      That they have seized. My desired resolution would be to change the software where at any time I can dissolve all payment info in the app! I understand if something is outstanding or if they have a current parking going on but if there is no parking session at the time and all is in good standing with the account. I believe every customer should have the ability to delete their credit card information at any time. They wish out of the system. It is very extremely reasonable. To request that I expect that to be done as the resolution to this claim. Also mind you not just not display it in the app. But expunge the credit card information from the account from the database. It is not yours, it is every customer's data. It is not nexus's data my credit card information is mine to own not yours. So under desired settlement and the drop down. I have chosen replacement because I want to software replaced. The parking exchange should be a partnership which should be seen as such. Not hold my data from me.

      Nexus decided to go in the direction of using a mobile app to
      allow customers full control of their information, billing, and ease of
      entering/exiting the parking garage.  Customers can add, and change payment
      methods, update their vehicles, and purchase/cancel permits directly from the
      app without needing assistance.  It has
      created a quicker, and more convenient solution for our customers. 

      Ultimately the mobile parking app was designed to collect
      payments.  The customer’s payment information is secure and is tokenized
      after it is added to the app.  The
      nexpass app functions the same as well know subscription apps like ******** ***** ***** ****  These apps have no way
      to remove the payment method without having another payment method on file.  To remove the payment method the app must not
      have an active session or monthly subscription and you can then delete your
      account from the mobile phone.  Customers
      are free to delete their account if they don’t wish to use it to pay for
      parking.

      In addition to the mobile app, nexpass has a “guest version”
      of the app which does not require a download and store a payment method.  Customers would scan the QR code at the
      entrance to the parking garage, enter a phone number and hit proceed. 
      They will need to add a payment method some point in the day prior to exiting,
      but no payment information is stored.  Customers can also just take a
      ticket to enter and pay when they leave.  This method is how the garage
      has functioned traditionally.   Ultimately the customer will use a payment
      card at the exit which is not any different as entering the card into the guest
      version of the app, as the information is approved by the processor.

      If you like to switch and use the guest version of nexpass, delete
      the mobile app from your mobile device which will remove the payment method.

      We do appreciate any feedback that makes our app better for
      our customers and are researching with our technical team if there is anything
      we can add to make sure customers are more comfortable in knowing their data is
      secure.  We will continue to improve and advance our app so that remains
      the most convenient and safe way to park at a Nexus Parking Facility.
