      The establishment was filthy and the place smelled of f**** so bad also there were too many dogs in one crate

      This email is in reference to complaint #********.

      I think there is a mistake with the claim. The Lawrenceville location has not had dogs in the store since May 1st, 2022. We DO try very hard to keep our establishments smelling decent. I have addressed the possible odor with the staff, and we have added an additional cleanser to our regiment to see if we can get the store "meadow fresh".

      However, I still think this complaint might be for another location or more likely a different pet store.
