    Upon my visit today March 25, 2023 there were a series of events that happened at this facility. It all started with the initial check out process. The representative who checked me out did not advise my wax pass had just expired nor did she advise me of the total that was being charged. As I always charge my tip on my card, I believed thats all that I was paying. I went back after I reviewed my receipt and recognized the error. Then asked if I can purchase the wax pass for the year and the payment I already made be applied towards the balance. The manager on duty said they couldnt do that but would process my refund for the $28 and charge me for the wax pass. They said I didnt have to wait. Leaving for the 2nd time believing I would be refunded. I waited for a receipt. I got the receipt for the payment being processed but not for the refund. I then called the location back and the second representative told me it would be done some time within the next week as the manager was waxing someone. I then had to go back for a 3rd time to which my refund was finally processed. When I asked for corporates informative the manager ***** was being intentionally evasive in stating she would ****** it. As this is a franchise I asked for the owners information in which was advised that is not information they give out. This is not the first time I have issues at this specific location with staff. It is imperative this information is relayed to the franchise owner and store manager or someone who will respond.

    The guest ******************* was refunded for the error. We reached out via phone call and spoke with the guest and apologized for the error and her experience at the center.
