    Good Evening, On August 8th Purchased 2 team bags for my 2 sons Football Team Store through Destination Athletes on 2 separate transactions. Order Confirmation Numbers ******** & ********. After weeks of the waiting the team contacted the company and they said we would have all orders by September 11th. Still to this day we have not received the orders. My wife and I have sent countless emails and left countless voicemails. They do not reply to any email nor do they return any phone call. All I want is the product that we purchased. My boys only have 2 games left in there season and would appreciate any help you can assist with. Thank You., *********************************

    The items in question are being delivered to the customer.  It was a backorder item that couldn't be fulfilled, but when the business owner spoke with ****** (out of state grandmother who placed one order) she expressed still wanting the items.  This conversation took place on 10/17.  The two ordered items, sport duffle bags, are being personalized and will be delivered as promised.  It was an issue with the vendor's inventory.  *************************** is being contacted today at the phone number on the complaint form that was filed to make sure there is no further miscommunication regarding the orders.
