  I had a great experience with Lundstroms Transport. *****, my contact there, was always available by phone and the transport company selected made pickup and delivery very convenient - not easy in the city. The cost ended up being a little more than originally quoted; however, it was in line with other estimates obtained. I liked having the transport company's contact information and payment was made easily by Zelle funds transfer.

  Very poor experience. I was quoted one price and then less than 24-hours before my truck was to be picked up, they called and said the price was $170 more than the quote and that it would be impossible to transport the truck for anything less (for any company). Since it was less than 24-hours and I felt like I had not choice, I agreed to pay the extra cost. I was promised my truck would be picked up the following morning (Saturday). Saturday goes by without the truck being picked up, leaving the very nice people at the dealership out to dry (spending overtime at the lot waiting). I tried to call, text and email the driver with the contact information they provided me and got ZERO communication from the driver or from Lundstroms. Sunday goes by, still zero communication and I still cannot get anyone to answer the phone calls, texts or emails. Monday morning, still nothing. I finally get ahold of the broker I had been communicating with at Lundstroms at around 11am. He says "Oh, they cancelled the transport" with no explanation as to why and no answer as to why I was not notified. He said they would get me on the next available truck but that there was no expectation as to when that would be. I asked to cancel the agreement (which he seemed shocked to here) and then I had to specifically ask for a refund on the deposit. He said he processed the cancellation and the refund request and that I would get a refund within 3-4 business days. 2-weeks later, still no refund; I've submitted a dispute with my CC company. Do not use this company! I was able to get a faster and cheaper transport with just a few calls to their competitors and my truck is safely at home with me now.

  I've used Lundstroms Transport three times now and I could not be happier with the service provided by ********************* and his team. I am just a normal mom getting cars to where my kids are-- twice from *************** to the ********, ****** area, and once to *******. At this point I just send ***** an email with the details and he expertly coordinates everything. I have always received a direct contact number for the transport driver and all the drivers have been so nice and responsive. Transporting a vehicle is so easy with Lundstroms. Unless you want to take a long road trip and lose years off your life driving through sketchy weather and harrowing urban freeways and interchanges, I highly recommend leaving the transport to ***********. The cost of getting a vehicle from Point A to Point B using a hauler compares favorably to the money spent on one-way air travel, hotel rooms, and fuel costs, not to mention the value of your time and safety on the road. I highly recommend Lundstroms.

  Rude and unprofessional. Representative (owner or family of owner based upon last name) was rude, unresponsive and did not meet her commitments. After I emailed her all the details of my desired transport, she provided a quote, but I requested clarification of several details with a written response via email. She agreed to confirm via email, but then left for the day without reply. The next day, there was no one in the office to answer the phones nor did she answer her cell phone. I called numerous times before she finally answered. Her excuse was that there was no power at her office and she had to babysit her 3 kids, so couldn't answer the phone or reply to an email. She yammered on like a teenager and wouldn't stop talking to even listen to what I had called about. Then she became very confrontational that I shouldn't try to call her numerous times when she had her kids. If she is so rude and arrogant before I sign a contract, what is she going to be like after she has my money and there is an issue with the transport? BE ****.

  Hello, I reviewed the log that reflects over 20 inbound calls from your number during after hours and during the morning. There is no excuse for these calls and your review is completely dishonest and unfair. We love our customers and do everything we can to help them but we do not tolerate harassment. You are the first and only customer that we have denied our services to just because of the amount of calls but we do wish you the best with your move with a different company and thank you for your original inquiry.

  Excellent support. A timely quote was provided and services were rendered aligned with the quote provided. ********************* went above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth, even reaching out to the driver on my behalf when there was a technical difficulty. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and my precious cargo - **** ******* was transported safely! Thanks *****!
