    I've had guys from The Polite Plumber to my home on two occasions. Both visits were done professionally, in a timely fashion and in budget! Thank you ***** and *****!

    Important!!Last year, I paid $340 for both parts and labor to replace a broiler heating plate. However, less than a year later, when the same component failed, I was shocked to receive a quote of $900, three times the previous amount which included only the labor for the replacement because the part was still under warranty. This significant increase in cost for what seems to be the same service raises concerns about their pricing structure and whether it reflects a fair assessment of the work involved. While I appreciate their polite demeanor, I can't help but feel that the pricing does not align with my previous experience, leading to disappointment and hesitation in relying on their services again and wonder if others might have similar exchanges with them.
